“What To Expect” Coffees

The “What to Expect Coffee” program has been running since 2009, and it arose out of the need for a common venue for parents to raise concerns and to share tips about what in their children’s high school life works, what does not, and to form a support community for parents.

A “What to Expect” Coffee is held at a host South family home, usually from 8:00 – 9:30 AM, sometimes from 7:30 – 9:00 PM on a weekday. Issues raised by parents at these meetings are typically answered and if not, they are channeled to the school.
