On Tuesday, February 25, Whole Foods Four Corners (916 Walnut St.) will be donating 5% of its total sales from the day to Newton South’s Sustainable Agriculture Project. Funds raised from this event will help our students build season extension equipment for the school’s 2500 sq. ft. organic garden, begin selling its produce to the cafeteria and improve school lunches, expand the schoolwide composting program, and launch a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for the NSHS community. Please consider shopping this Tuesday and spreading the word to help support our students. Any questions, please email Jon Orren at: firstname.lastname@example.org or click here for the Facebook page.
