Join us for the first production of the season! Written and directed by Newton South senior Bobby Lovett, Hustle tells the story of best friends Eli and Rosa. Rosa’s been getting stalked for a year by an old acquaintance from middle school named Alex. Now she’s dating him. Yes, it’s as convoluted as it sounds, and it only gets worse from here. When the melodramatic Alex goes to Eli for relationship advice, Eli reluctantly helps as best as he can. Upbeat humor transforms into a series of mental health disasters, leaving friendships in shambles and people unhinged as Eli scrambles to make things right, a job he knows he is unqualified for.Tickets are $10 and will be available for purchase online from tomorrow (Monday, September 24) at www.southstage.org or at the door.
