Welcome New Strength and Conditioning Coach

Please welcome our new Strength and Conditioning coach Chris Dagostino.  Chris has been in personal training and strength and conditioning for 8 years His main goal is to keep our athletes healthy and to make them stronger, faster and improve their on-field performance.  His athletic experience is in track and field, golf, soccer, football and mixed martial arts, and he has trained athletes in every major sport.  Chris is very enthusiastic and has reached out to all our coaches to help them prepare our athletes for their seasons.  Welcome to South Chris!
