The Science Department is holding an Open House on Monday May 19, from 4-7pm. This will include open classrooms with displays of student work, including A.P. Biology projects, family chemical poster projects, physics projects, etc.. The Science Team and the Robotics Team will both be on hand to demonstrate their activities. The sustainability/ garden folks will have both a display and plant sales, and, weather permitting, will provide tours of the new Green Trail through the marsh. There will be a science trivia bowl, and a modest prize will be awarded to the winning team (teams of 4). There will be speakers from our Conservation & Environmental Science class, from the Modern Global class highlighting their recent trip to the Galapagos, and other speakers. The event will culminate with a brief presentation of awards and acknowledgements by our department chairman.
