Get ready for winter try-outs — or keep your fitness level up — at South:
Basketball Open Gym: All boys and girls interested in honing their skills are invited to participate in open gym basketball November 14-25. Each session will last for one hour:
- Girls — Gym B: Tuesdays 2:15PM, Thursdays 3:30PM; Field House: Fridays 3:30PM
- Boys — Gym B: Mondays 3:30PM, Wednesdays 3:30PM; Field House: Fridays 2:15PM
Weight Room: All students interested in working out can do so on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30 to 5:30PM. Work outs are supervised by our strength and conditioning coach, Lindsey Bergeron.
