The Boys Indoor Track and Field team won the Dual County League championships at the Reggie Lewis Center last Saturday, while the Girls team came in second. Many of our athletes claimed personal bests and won 5 event championships. Of note, Phil Batler placed first in the 55-meter dash in 6.59 seconds; Alex Huang won the long jump at 21 feet, 5 1/4 inches, Katie Collins won the 2-mile in 11:31.22; Sabrina Stacks won the Girls shot put at 35’11” and Collins was also part of the 4×800 relay team that won the in 9:49.31. Congratulations to all of our athletes and coaches for a tremendous effort!
