Thank you to all the families who donated to our $4,000 campaign this past month.  We have raised $5,700 which will be used to support our May 18th, June 3 events, and help the Class of 2021 by reducing the cost of their ‘traditional prom’ with all the necessary rentals for an outdoor event on June 6.

Last week, the PTSO became the sponsor for the 2021 Senior Celebration (“alternative to prom”) that will be held on June 6.   Due to this change, some additional expenses are necessary to ensure a safe and festive celebration (breathalyzers, security, decoration, and additional rentals).

We would like to raise an additional $2,000 to help further transform the outdoor tent space and Fieldhouse parking lot for a red carpet evening for our Senior Celebration and also to sponsor our faculty and staff to join the celebration at our June events.  The cost of sponsoring a faculty member is $20 to cover food/beverage expenses.  We expect 40-50 faculty members.   Thank you for considering.  We encourage all families from all grades to contribute as our faculty and staff support all our students at South.
