Strength and Conditioning Clinic
Coach Rotatori let us know that the Strength and Conditioning Clinic have a large group of students participating. The athletes are following intense workouts and they come each early morning ready to excel.
Unified Strength and Conditioning team
Unified Strength and Conditioning team meets online each Wednesday. Eight partners and athletes form this new program at South. Coaches Strongin and Deleski report that the team is working hard and enjoying this new athletic opportunity.
Girls’ Co-Op Hockey
The girls’ Co-Op Hockey team completed a four games-series vs Braintree. The Crush tied one game, won one game, and dropped 2 vs the Wamps. They are practicing this week while waiting for the Walpole team health report.
Boys’ gymnastics team
The boys’ gymnastics team opened their virtual season on Tuesday. The scoring will be released when their opponent completes the series this weekend.
