LGBTQ+ Monologue Project in June 2023

This June, the Newton Theatre Company will be producing an LGBTQ+ Voices Monologue Project in honor of pride month as part of the city-wide Newton Celebrates Pride festival. We are searching for people to share monologues, poetry, songs, dances, and more, that relate in any way to their LGBTQ+ experience. People of all ages, identities, and backgrounds are encouraged to fill out the interest form, specifically people who live or work in Newton or have some other connection to Newton.

We will be publishing a collection of the stories as well as inviting some of the authors to perform their pieces as Monologues for performances at the end of June. Fill out this form with your information and idea about what story you would like to tell. We would love to have your submission be part of our booklet of stories, and we may invite you to perform it as well.
